　　Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: 71 units of 10-Meter Class I Plug-in Hybrid (Including Extended-Range) Public Transport Buses; among which, 11 units are for Shanghai Pudong New Area Yanggao Public Transport Co., Ltd., 30 units for Shanghai Pudong New Area Jingao Public Transport Co., Ltd., and 30 units for Shanghai Pudong New Area Nanhui Public Transport Co., Ltd. (For details, please refer to Part III - Procurement Requirements)

　　合同履约期限：交付时间：合同签订后的 60天内完成全部车辆上牌并验收合格交付(最晚不迟于2025年10月交付)

　　The Contract Period: Delivery Time: All vehicles shall be registered, inspected and accepted as qualified, and delivered within 60 days after the contract is signed (with the latest delivery date not later than October 2025)

　　二、申请人的资格要求

　　2. Qualification Requirements for Bidder

　　(a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定;

　　(a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China";

　　(b)落实政府采购政策需满足的资格要求：本次招标若符合政府强制采购节能产品、鼓励环保产品、扶持福利企业、促进残疾人就业、促进中小企业发展、支持监狱和戒毒企业等政策，将落实相关政策。

　　(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: If this tender complies with the government's policies such as mandatory procurement of energy-saving products, encouragement of environmental protection products, support for welfare enterprises, promotion of employment for persons with disabilities, promotion of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and support for prison and drug rehabilitation enterprises, the relevant policies shall be implemented.
